Privacy policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

This policy explains what information Supplyin Media LLC ("Supplyin Media", "we", "us") collects through supplyinmedia.com and in the course of our business, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question about it, email info@supplyinmedia.com.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out the form on our website, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, business name and website, and your answers about your business (for example, what you want help with, where your customers come from, your advertising budget, team size, years in business, which plan interests you and when you would like to start). If you book a call, the booking tool collects your name, email and the time you choose. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and the services below collect standard technical information through cookies and similar tools, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site (for example, from an ad) and actions you take, such as submitting the form or booking a call.

Public business information

To find businesses we may be able to help, we look at publicly available business information, such as Google Business Profiles, business websites, social media pages and public ad libraries. This can include a business's name, address, phone number, business email address, reviews and website. We use it to review the business's online presence and to contact the business about our services.

How we use it

  • To reply to you, prepare the free audit you ask for, and schedule and hold calls.
  • To provide our services to clients and send invoices and reports.
  • To contact businesses about our services. Every email we send includes a way to opt out, and we honor opt-outs.
  • To understand how people use our website and improve it.
  • To measure and improve our advertising, including showing our ads to people who have visited our website.
  • To protect our business and comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising and analytics

Our website uses these third-party tools:

  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.). It tells Meta when someone visits our site, submits our form or books a call, so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show ads to people who have visited. When you submit our form, information such as your email address or phone number may be converted into a scrambled code (hashed) in your browser and sent to Meta so it can match the visit to a Meta account. Meta uses this information under its own privacy policy.
  • TikTok Pixel (TikTok). It tells TikTok when someone visits our site, submits our form or books a call, so we can measure our TikTok ads and show ads to people who have visited. When you submit our form, information such as your email address or phone number may be converted into a scrambled code (hashed) and sent to TikTok so it can match the visit to a TikTok account. TikTok uses this information under its own privacy policy.
  • Google Analytics (Google LLC). It helps us see how visitors use our site. Google uses this information under its own privacy policy.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do so:

  • Netlify, which hosts our website and receives our form submissions.
  • Calendly, which handles call bookings.
  • Google Workspace, which we use for email and documents.
  • Stripe, which processes client payments. We do not see or store full card numbers.
  • Meta, TikTok and Google, as described above.
  • Data and research tools we use to review public business information.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Your choices

  • Emails from us: reply "no thanks" or "unsubscribe" to any email and we will not email you again.
  • Ads: you can adjust or turn off ad personalization in your Facebook ad preferences and Google ad settings.
  • Analytics: you can block Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
  • Cookies: most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. The site still works without them.
  • Your information: email info@supplyinmedia.com to ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. We will respond within 30 days, unless we need to keep something by law or to complete work for a client.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up, and client records for as long as the client relationship lasts plus the time required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. We keep opt-out requests so we can keep honoring them.

Security

We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
